Post-stabilisation period announcement


Swedbank AB (publ) (”Swedbank”) announces that the stabilisation period in the Offentliga Hus i Norden AB (publ) (below ”Offentliga Hus” or the ”Company”) share now has ended. No further stabilisation measures will be undertaken.

As was announced on 12 October 2020, Swedbank AB (publ) (“Swedbank”) is acting stabilisation manager in the Offentliga Hus share, from the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm First North Premier Growth Market (23 October 2020) and for no longer than 30 calendar days thereafter.

Swedbank has during this period held a mandate to, to the extent the bank assesses appropriate, conduct stabilisation measures equal to no more than 15% of the base offering size, with the purposed to retain a higher share price of the stock than had otherwise been in the market. Such transactions have been possible to conduct at a price level at or below the price in the offering (SEK 13.4/share).

Stabilisation measures have been possible on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market at any time during the period starting on the first day of trading (23 October 2020) and ending no later than 30 calendar days thereafter (the “stabilisation period”), meaning the final day for stabilisation was 20 November 2020. The stabilisation has thereby now ended, and no further stabilisation measures will be undertaken.

Below follows an overview of the stabilisation measures – involving a total of 16 791 045 shares – that Swedbank has undertaking during the stabilisation period, in accordance with Article 5.4 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU/596/2014). The stabilisation measures were made possible through an overallotment of shares in the offering, borrowed from the Company’s main owner Nordact AB (publ).
